Rewards Account Suspended without cause

Has anyone else here had their account cancelled and not provided a reason?

On 11/26/19, I tried to claim the free month of Game Pass Ultimate and the next day my account was suspended and eventually cancelled. I have contacted customer service, rewards and finally sent the notice of dispute. My most recent response from Microsoft
was that they dont have to disclose the reason for this. I have not violated any of the terms of service yet I have been suspended. Apparently, they can cancel your account without cause and then violate their own terms and Microsoft can refuse to allow you
to spend the remaining points within 90 days which is written out in their own terms.

Has anyone else had this experience or should I be worried about my Account?

Honestly, at this point I feel duped and Microsoft took me for a ride to gather information, sell/use it for gain and then discard me when they got what they wanted.

I wish I could tell you but I have no clue what happened on mine. I do know that i had 42,000 points saved up over the last year or so. I hope you get it.

Seeing this concerns me a bit. The terms of service are not very descriptive at all for Microsoft Rewards. I've got around 77000 points saved up and should be getting a $100 gift card in the next few months. I will often rapid-fire searches on both my
computer and phone, and I'm hoping that doesn't make it look like I'm a bot or something.

That means a lot to me. I appreciate that. I have gone over other forums and posts and it looks like Microsoft's line is usually what Sandy said and it's more or less, "you're out and we don't have to tell you." I'm curious with what they use our information
on though and how much money it equates to a business like that. Bing and Edge are rubbish anyways. The points were nice, but it'll be nice to not have to use them. I'm upgraded my phone in the next few days and I will not have edge, Bing or Microsoft Launcher
on it. Microsoft Launcher was pretty legit but not enough to continue to support their product.

But this isn't right, if you didn't do anything wrong you shouldn't be punished or something. I feel bad because about this situation.
