    Attention Needed. Your deposits aren’t going through!

    Oddly enough, I now see that I just got a deposit yesterday, the first in a long time. But my rewards dashboard still says there is trouble making a deposit.

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have still not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. Again, to be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt
    asking you to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience. In the meanwhile we will continue to attempt deposits into your account, as some
    users have gotten a deposit through.

    it comes back as rewards points and once you reach 5000 rewards points they make a deposit into your account

    If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
    to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.
