    Rewards account still cannot deposit credits


    Hello,

    Since early October, my Rewards account has been unable to deposit credits into my account. The last time I asked on the support forums, XBLRewards8 told me that no updates were available for the situation. I am here to again ask if there are any updates
    pertaining to a fix to the issue preventing my credits from being deposited. As the incentive of rewards points contributed to my decision to preorder certain titles through Microsoft Store, I am extremely disappointed that my full transactions remain unfulfilled
    to this day. Please provide any new information beyond what I already know, which is the following:

    "... it appears that you are currently being affected by an internal database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated to our servers. Since
    this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this error is causing your billable account field to be reported as blank, our system assumes that this failed deposit is due to you lacking the necessary user information,
    and asks you to update it. To be clear, this is not an issue with your user input, but an internal bug causing the issue."

    No deposits to account

    Hello FourNinjaToads,

    Our Rewards program is only able to deposit currency into a valid Microsoft payment account. Since you do not have an available Microsoft Account available for use as a payment method, our deposit cannot complete (we cannot deposit into Credit Cards). In
    order to receive your Rewards Credits as currency, you will have to create a Microsoft payable account for us to deposit into.

    Rewards credits pending for more then 1 year

    Hello Rise Lara Crft,

    Your account does not have a Microsoft payable account to deposit into, so the deposit is failing. We cannot deposit Rewards Credits into a non-Microsoft billable account (like Credit Cards). If you wish to receive your deposit,
    you must create a Microsoft payable account for us to deposit Rewards Credits into. We can no longer transfer Credits between different gamertags. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Unfortunately, we have not yet received a solid confirmation from our other team regarding when we can expect a resolution to be deployed. However, while this error is currently preventing your deposits, your Credits will continue to accumulate as expected until
    this issue is resolved. We will continue to attempt depositing with this error, as we have seen some users successfully complete a deposit even though their account is being affected. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience that this issue is causing. We
    will continue to ask our other team for any new updates on the situation.

    You cannot redeem Rewards Credits from the vault. If you are asking about a deposit of your Rewards Credits, since you are beneath 1000 Credits, you cannot yet request a deposit.

    A problem with my account...still

    Hi Staalker. The current issue still does not have a resolution, and we are still receiving the deposit error when we attempt a deposit. Unfortunately, the Rewards program customer service team cannot manually deposit your Credits into your Microsoft account.
    We will need to reach out Microsoft Support to do that. We are escalating your case for a manual deposit.
