Rewards Account Restart

So i have been a rewards member since 2011 and when i got on today i was shocked to see everything that i did over the years was completely gone when i first joined, my reward credits, and lifetime rewards. When i went to my dashboard it said i just joined
and it would take a few minutes to get my information but i'm already in the program but it's saying i just joined any help??

Has anyone else got $6.00 free from microsoft on 360?

I was going to purchase a few games from xbox live on my 360 and I went to add a credit card and saw that for some reason that microsoft put $6.00 into my microsoft account and thought that was just from the rewards program. But I happen to check another account on my xbox 360 that i didn't even use the rewards program with and have just purchase one game with that account and it also has $6.00 in that account also is Microsoft given out $6.00 to us or what is the deal?

sorry your account is your responsibility at ALL times if your brother was the one who modded your score you will still take the fall for the reset there is no way to appeal it the only way to get that score back is to start over fresh on a new account.

 

It's just a glitch. You'll just have to wait for everything to show back up.
