Rewards Account has Red Status, Says my Microsoft Acct Info needs updating to transfer credits

My Rewards account is telling me that my billing information needs to be updated before credits can be transferred to my account. Looking at my billing info, everything appears to be correct, what do I need to update. Thx

Still have not heard anything yet 3rd post

So this is my 3rd post on why I'm still being told that my acct needs updating and I have not received my deposits yet.

I went over my acct and everything is up to date so I'm not sure as to what needs updating. Was having an issue with Microsoft rewards when using my points and that has been fix. Was what is wrong with the Xbox rewards can someone answer me this time.

Your account needs updating to make a deposit!

I have 18000 deposited credits, each time I try, it says my account needs updating. When I follow the link to my billing info, all of it is correct to my current status. Can someone please help?

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. This missing information is also why our system is incorrectly asking you to update your data. Since this issue is currently being caused by a
database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for
your patience while our other team works on a solution.

Had a gift code for minecraft pc version and applied it to my microsoft acct - i didnt know it that when you play the game it uses the xbox launcher for it and that is linked to an xbox profile that my son uses that already has minecraft on it, so need to get the game refunded etc and used on my other microsoft acct

Unfortunately nothing is transferable between accounts and once the code has already been redeemed it's no longer eligible for refund.

I can confirm that your account now has properly matching regions for your Rewards and Microsoft Account. We will begin the transfer of your old pending Credits from your previous Rewards Account to your current Rewards Account. You should see the Credits

Any remaining rewards credits would be deposited into your Microsoft account balance. Any remaining gems will be transferred to your Microsoft Rewards account. This was supposed to be done by the end of June, but due to issues that has been delayed and should
be done by the end of July.
