    Hi

    I got mass effect andromida on 2/2/2017, i got Tom clancy ghost recon on 20/2/2017 and i got sniper ghost warrior on 14/3/2017 so i got thee games of the list but it still says i only got 2 so what is wrong?

    Not getting my rewards with preorders

    I preordered 3 games on my xbx1 yet on my rewards page the counter for the preorder 3 and get 15,000 rewards points says I only did 2 help!!!

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. In order to qualify, you have to preorder 3 of the eligible games. Credits will be given after all 3 games have been released.

    Support will check into it during the week, but keep in mind that it takes about 96 hours for punches to show after making a purchase. So the punch for Sniper should show at any time.

    As Smwutches says, purchases usually take up to 96 hours to be processed. However, some yearly maintenance on our servers caused purchases to be delayed for about a day. The final punch is now on your account.

    Join the Microsoft Rewards Program and you can use your rewards for Xbox Live and Game Pass subscriptions. I haven't paid for Xbox Live in years. I just keep getting my rewards and redeeming Game Pass Ultimate 3 month codes.
