"Reward Yourself For Pre-ordering Now" punchcard not completing, nor rewarding credits

Hello,

I am seeking some help with receiving my reward points. I have successfully completed the punchcard for the pre-order mission that is supposed to reward 15,000 points. However, the third mark of the punchcard is still greyed out, despite the fact that I
have pre-ordered three games off the list. All of these games have released and it has been well over 96 hours since release, yet still no reward points.

Here are my recent pre-orders which all qualify for the offer:

10/6/2017 Middle-earth™: Shadow of War™ Silver Edition

10/16/2017 Assassin's Creed® Origins - DELUXE EDITION

10/30/2017 Call of Duty®: WWII - Digital Deluxe

MyMission points aren't being recived

On MyMissions for "Reward yourself by pre-ordering NOW" or the "Pre-Order Punchcard" It says They will give me 15,000 credits for preorder three featured digital titles before release. I did preorder those 3 games and haven't received anything.

Redeposit my pending rewards credits

Hello, i changed my xbox live account region from United Kingdom to United States. So i leave the xbox live rewards program and at the time of leaving i have some pending reward credits and i also pre-ordered 4 games which are in

"Reward yourself by pre-ordering NOW" offer. Now i rejoined the xbox live rewards program, so please redeposit all of my pending rewards credits and 15000 reward credits for pre-ordering the games which are included in

"Reward yourself by pre-ordering NOW offer" into my account. please fix it.

Since you only have one of three purchases, you have not yet completed the offer. This three purchase requirement is also mentioned on the offer in the MyMissions page:

Since you have not made three eligible purchases, you have not completed the offer.

Hi JTREADY. Your pre-order of The Evil Within 2 and Shadow of War went towards last quarter's Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. Since you completed that offer, Rewards Credits were awarded back in August. Your pre-order of South Park was made on September
4. The current Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard began October 1. For pre-orders to qualify, they need to be made during the offer period.

The only way you could have received Credits for that purchase is the Games on Demand offer, which requires three eligible pre-orders within the offer period to complete. Since you do not have three punches on the Games on Demand punchcard, you did not earn
any Credits. Additionally, since you bought that pre-order before you were a Rewards member, it is not eligible. Only purchases made while being a Rewards member are eligible for Rewards.
