    Ok, so it's now been almost five days now since 'Resident Evil VII' has been released. I still haven't received the 15,000s point promised after the 96hrs has passed since the games release.

    Just making sure that I'm going to receive the rewards for the three preorders made within the time limit of the 2016 preorder promotion.

    MyMission points aren't being recived

    On MyMissions for "Reward yourself by pre-ordering NOW" or the "Pre-Order Punchcard" It says They will give me 15,000 credits for preorder three featured digital titles before release. I did preorder those 3 games and haven't received anything.

    I have seen the staff posting that there was some back-end issue causing delay's for the Resident Evil 7 purchases in the last Games on Demand Cycle. The staff will review your account and reply to you here.

    It will take them 1-2 business days to reply to your post and they do not work weekends. You likely will not hear from them until Monday or Tuesday.

    Apologies for the wait. I can confirm that the hotfix has been deployed, and can now see the Credits pending in your account on our database. In the next few days, this information should be updated to the web, and you will be able to see these Credits pending
    in your MyStatement.
