"Reward yourself by pre-ordering NOW" 2016 15,000 point reward

Ok, so it's now been almost five days now since 'Resident Evil VII' has been released. I still haven't received the 15,000s point promised after the 96hrs has passed since the games release.

Just making sure that I'm going to receive the rewards for the three preorders made within the time limit of the 2016 preorder promotion.

MyMission points aren't being recived

On MyMissions for "Reward yourself by pre-ordering NOW" or the "Pre-Order Punchcard" It says They will give me 15,000 credits for preorder three featured digital titles before release. I did preorder those 3 games and haven't received anything.

I did not receive points for Reward yourself by pre-ordering NOW offer on the My Missions page after I preordered three games before release.

 

I suppose I'm being a bit impatient, but I would like to put the 15,000 points towards a purchase I want to make.

I have seen the staff posting that there was some back-end issue causing delay's for the Resident Evil 7 purchases in the last Games on Demand Cycle. The staff will review your account and reply to you here.

It will take them 1-2 business days to reply to your post and they do not work weekends. You likely will not hear from them until Monday or Tuesday.

 

Figured as much.

I just always like to make sure I mention an issue I'm having so that when they're able they will reach out to me.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. After investigating the version of Resident Evil you purchased, we have determined that there is currently an issue correctly recognizing certain purchases of Resident Evil for the last Games on Demand. Our platform
