    I signed up for the reward program some time ago now, but I thought I was due some points with the amount of purchases I made in 2017 but it asked me to sign up again, so I've received nothing so far.

    Can someone help with this please?

    Preview Program Level, do you know yours?

    New to me. I'm not in the preview program yet haven't had someone invite me yet, but that's good to know. They should reward those that help the most, why not reward the ones that help test stuff out.

    Reward Program Help.

    Hello Paul707,

    We do not see any registrations on your account except for the one you made on the 23rd this month. Since only Rewards members are eligible for Rewards, you have not received any Credits for any purchases made before this date, as stated in the FAQ:

    I've had an Xbox Live account for years. Can I earn Rewards for transactions made prior to signing up for Xbox Live Rewards?



    You can only earn Rewards once you're an Xbox Live Rewards member. Once your membership is complete, we'll begin tracking your activity and rewarding you for things like completing missions, earning MyVIP Gems, or working towards your MyVIP Star Rank
    by making qualifying digital purchases in the Microsoft Store. For full details on the Rewards available, please see the Terms and Conditions.

    The Microsoft Rewards pogram is not changing. The Xbox Rewards program is turning into the Microsoft Rewards program. So you would not lose any Microsoft Rewards points.
