Discus and support Reward Points Wont Deposit in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I've had over 12000 points to redeem since December and they still haven't been deposited even on the 26th they weren't deposited what can i do to help...     Reward Points Wont Deposit


    I've had over 12000 points to redeem since December and they still haven't been deposited even on the 26th they weren't deposited what can i do to help them get deposited

    I haven't been given my reward points for renewing my xbox live membership and I have 1500 pending points that wont deposit into my account

    Reward Points Wont Deposit

    Hello XMrCookieNomX,

    Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your UK Rewards Account region and your US Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at the time of registration.
    Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot
    complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location.

    Deposits from the Xbox LIVE Rewards program occurs around the 15th and 30th of each month. Deposits from the Program are in batches of 100 Points or more. Rewards Points deposits are labeled as Points Added or Rewards. The Microsoft Billing site will not
    list out the specific Rewards opportunity that has been deposited. From there, the total amount of Rewards Points deposited should add up with the amount of awarded Rewards Points listed on the Xbox LIVE Rewards site. This is from the rewards rep. Here is
