Reward points not updated to my account

Hi

My rewards points are not being added to my account. It says that I have to update my account settings, but nothing I do helps. One thing I've noticed is that when I go to change my settings an GB-account is always default. I can't even remember ever creating
a GB-account. Can you please fix this so I can get my rewards points?

My rewards isn't keeping track of my activity.

My rewards account isn't tracking my activity. I'm not getting points added to my account. I updated my account and still nothing.

Unable to deposit points, account needs updated?

So this has been an issue for months, but when I try to deposit my reward points it says my account needs to be updated but my account info is fully updated!

Hello Roly Hider,

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you
to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, we cannot take any action on user's Microsoft Account. If you believe that there is an issue with your accounts, you may wish to contact support, such as at (support.xbox.com/contact-us).

The last date any reward points were added to my account was prior to my March 2014 statement. Please confirm when my account balance has been updated.

It sometimes takes a few days to have it update. This happens to me sometimes as well. Just be patient and it should show up. If not, once a week has past I would contact the Rewards Support team.

so yesterday i had a balance of 1360 points on my account with 400 pending from rewards

this morning i have 2420 points in my account with 400 pending from rewards

is there anyway to check the deposit history ?
