Reward points not transfered

Hello. My reward points still havent been transfered over since the june reward change iver (where they went from xbox reward to microsoft reward) i have had many many emails from microsoft with little answers to where they are. I have over the payout limit
but due to a glitch it wouldnt let me take them out and put them into ny xbox account as money (the same glitch that i have been struggling with for over a year) can someone please helpand get to the bottom of this as i was told the points would be transferred
over to the equal amount of points

Please fix my account and billing info

My account is showing 36000 rewards points as i get 15000 reward points in this month. So please fix my account billing information or transfer my reward points to my new account whose gamertag is "AKM2OO9". Please fix my account or transfer it to my new
account "Gamertag is AKM2OO9".

Rewards Customer Supportfor further assistance.

You will need to pay the fee. You can use the Microsoft rewards option but it will take more than 800 reward points to earn the $10. Your looking at around 10000 Microsoft rewards points to transfer to a gift card

Unfortunately, we cannot transfer Rewards Credits between different accounts.

Not exactly. If you keep the gems until the program switches to the Microsoft Rewards program, each gem will be transferred over as 1 Microsoft Rewards point (So you would get 1880 Microsoft Rewards points). Gems and Microsoft Rewards points don't actually
have a monetary value so it wouldn't be the same as $18.80.
