Reward points not showing up

this is a problem that has been going on for the past couple of months with my account. When I buy anything that is part of the rewards program I don’t get my reward points. I had to contact support through this forum a month or so ago about this same problem.
This time I haven’t gotten 5,000 points for buying horror stuff. I’ve bought games and movies that are well over the $40 amount.

Rewards points not showing up

Hello Bionic Motion,

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. There you will see that you spent that deposit the very same day on a purchase of Elite: Dangerous consumables.

i askt voor a rewards points deposit last month it says its on my xbox but its not i supose to get 2865 points on to my xbox the deposit was convirmt on the 21 of februarie but i stil got noting thnx voor your time

Hi n3r0b0mb. It takes about 96 hours to process purchases. Since they were made on the 12th and 13th, they needed time to process. The 5,000 Credits are pending in your account now.

In order to complete that offer, you need 3 eligible preorders. If you only preordered Madden, you have not completed the offer yet. You would need 2 other purchases.

You can find the link at the bottom of the Rewards site.

Since the last purchase isn't older than 48h I would recommend to wait some more days before contacting them.

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. They are not the same as the Xbox Rewards program.
