    Reward points not showing up/ was supposed to get a star upgrade


    I have bought games and dlc and haven't received any reward points since January 11th of 2017. I have since bought about 5 games and still haven't accumulated any rewards points since the the 11th of January. I also was supposed to get a star upgrade for
    spending $100 in the month of February and never received it.

    Missing rewards points and star

    I spent enough to get a star upgrade in february with the star bonus. Not only did i not get the star bonus but i never got any of the rewards points i earned for february either. My rewards page went blank for a couple days with everything showing question
    marks but that my account was working fine? Why do a program like this if you can't keep it running smoothly?

    Not only is Best Buy doing the $10 upgrade they're also offering $10 My Rewards points for the games listed in the link provided.

    You must preorder to get the points. Points show up within 15 days of purchase according to the fine print so you should have them before X1 launch day.

    I'm preordering BF4 and AC4 for the 360 and then upgrading with the My Rewards points for a free upgrade. Make sure to read the fine print so you know what's up.

    GOT MOVED HERE FOR NO POINTS ON REWARDS SIGNUP AND FOLLOW UP STUFF BUT I SEE SAME PERSON RESPONDING

    No the signup for xbox rewards was done on xbox dashboard from 2 seperate xboxes the surveys was done on the xbox rewards webpage and the automatic xbox gold renewal is done on its own but we suppose to get 10 points for each month as i said only my account
    has the problems with no points showing up for the 800 bonus sign up

    So really it's like getting the upgrade for free. That's an awesome deal! It's shame there's nothing like that in the UK

    You are showing up as gold on the forums, so I think you are ok. The email was probably just to notify you that you had earned ms points through the rewards program for upgrading to gold.

    This is what pops up when I clicked on support. All I see are people complaining about not receiving points anyway. How are you supposed to get stars? Why isn't any of this explained somewhere? I've seen nothing on it and I've looked all over this site and
    Xbox live. There are references to it, but nothing specific on how you're supposed to get stars or earn points. Just seems like they didn't work out the kinks, kinda like bo3.
