Reward points not showing up in my account, only on-screen on my Xbox.

Xbox says I have 5025 points, Xbox Live Rewards says I have 0.

How do I access the points?

GOT MOVED HERE FOR NO POINTS ON REWARDS SIGNUP AND FOLLOW UP STUFF BUT I SEE SAME PERSON RESPONDING

No the signup for xbox rewards was done on xbox dashboard from 2 seperate xboxes the surveys was done on the xbox rewards webpage and the automatic xbox gold renewal is done on its own but we suppose to get 10 points for each month as i said only my account
has the problems with no points showing up for the 800 bonus sign up

The number you see on the console is your gamerscore, not rewards credits. In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

But that still does not answer my Xbox LIVE Rewards situation, I signed up for Xbox LIVE Rewards on my old gamertag when I had only 60 Microsoft points, I took the monthly survey and then changed my gamertag, now when I sign back in on the Live Rewards page
with my current Live ID that I used to sign up with it just shows my old gamertag with a clear invisible avatar gamer picture. What the fish? How am I supposed to fix this? I took the survey and legitimately earned 20 points yet it still says I have only 60
on my account? I understand the reason behind having tight security on Accounts and I back it 110% but this is a tad bit ridiculous.

Whenever I go to access account.microsoft.com/rewards/, the screens shows that I have been suspended and provides no reason. I access this screen to complete my daily tasks to receive more points.
