reward points not showing up 3 months later

hi. i bought some games and stuff from the xbox live store like subnautica and overwatch and the rewards site hasnt updated that i have any pending points and im a 5 star on the site. this is whats weird though at least to me. its been 3 months and the purchases
havent shown up yet but i did the monthly servey for this month for 250 credits and that shows up? when should i expect the other purchases that i have done to show up? or are they even going to? any info will be appricated

Freedom rewards issue plus more

I played more than 3 games for 5 hours for freedom rewards but it only shows one game completed for 5 hours last month. I played Witcher Gwent card game, Roblox, Crossout and Powerstar Golf but i have only achieved 1 punch out of 3 games. Moreover I purchased
The Walking Dead a new frontier Season on 31st October but did not received any rebate and nor it's showing up on my pending rewards or recent purchases. I did not received Bing reward points for it as well, nor it's showing up in recent purchases. I did completed
Mixer quest last month for using it for more than 30 mins each week up to a month but did not received challenge badge nor gems for completing it.

 

early withdrawal of points

so I have 5000 pts in xbox rewards. The 10th and 15 of the month have come and gone. But my points are not showing as deposited.

I am also missing points for this years 12 month re-up. What should I do to get?
