reward points not showing for my digital purchases

Hi. I have made several purchases of digital games and not received any reward points for them! Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Rewards mission

I was wondering why the rewards credits are not showing up in my account for the rewards mission. I spent $60 before tax like the mission explains. The credits are not showing as pending. I feel that any purchase should get rewards points.

 

Missing Rewards Points for Multiple Items

I am missing multiple rewards points for server purchases on my account. Specifically, it appears that I've not received Points for any Purchases made in 2016 (I have not checked prior) despite the purchases showing up under my Microsoft Account Order History.

 

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

 

You're not doing anything wrong, there's just a problem with the rewards system that Microsoft refuses to acknowledge. They'll probably lock this post like they always lock mine.

Apologies for the inconvenience. Due to issues with new preview program changes, we have delayed MyVIP payback for the month of April until we can ensure that the issue has been resolved, and members are correctly awarded for their Gold status. We see that
this issue is currently impacting your account; due to changes in how the preview program categorizes new subscriptions, we have not correctly identified your recent subscription and are incorrectly listing you as a non-Gold member. This is causing a pop-up
to go Gold to incorrectly appear on your MyRewards page. Once we have resolved this issue, this popup should go away, and you will see your April payback pending on your account.
