    None of the points have registered (green ticked on xbox wont register just takes me to shop, showing purchas)ed

    Since you are using the Rewards app of the console, you'll find the right link to contact Rewards support at the bottom of the Rewards site ! ^^

    maybe your xbox console has another region code or you have used a country in your regestration which isnt on the list? :)

    Never received my rewards!

    It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.

    The only legit ways of earning free points is through the Xbox Rewards Program or Bing Rewards program if they are available in your region. However, with Microsoft retiring the points system, the Xbox Rewards program will not longer be offering points as
    of August 1.
