Reward points not given with purchasesv

Hi,

I have just checked my reward account and none of my purchases have been allocated points in the rewards. Can anyone help please? I've tried live chat with an agent but have been directed to here.

Rewards Points not being given.

I have purchased two point worthy items from the store and not received anything.

The two items that were purchased were State of Decay 2 and an Xbox One X console.

In order for support to check into your account, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum.

Keep in mind that in order to receive credits for preorders, they have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site. If the preorders were eligible for the games on demand punchcard offer, you do need 3 eligible purchases for that offer and the credits
will be given after all 3 games have been released.

Hello, i have two questions. On the xbox microsoft rewards app you could earn 2500 microsoft points for downloading Realm Royale and buying either the fonders pack or buying 1000 crowns of in game currency. i downloaded the game and bought 1000
crowns, $10 value, and only received credit for downloading the game. i would like to receive my points please. Also, i received an email about downloading the bing app and doing ten searches to received 500 points and double points on mobile searches for
a month. i downloaded the app for both me and my wifes account, [Mod Removed-Personal Information], and did not receive either reward. Please help to fix this.

You would need to post in the support section of this forum in order for them to check into it. If you can post any specific offers you're looking for credits from, that would help. In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for
a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.
