Reward points not given for purchases

Hi,

I have just checked my reward account and none of my purchases have been allocated points in the rewards. Can anyone help please? I've tried live chat with an agent but have been directed to here.

Freedom Rewards not given for purchases

Purchases:

Jan 5th - Warframe starter pack 19.99 (#8606692820)

Jan 6th - Gems of War Stater Pack 2 19.99 (#3470208346)

Jan 6th - Warframe Mirage Prime Access Pack 79.99 (#9307568732)

Rewards account has only been credited for 1 purchase of 19.99 as of 1/15/18. Well past the 96 hours wait time listed.

"This offer is only open to digital add-on content for Free to Play titles purchased from the Microsoft Store. This offer does not apply to purchases made from the retail Microsoft Store. Add-on content includes
but is not limited to gem/coin packages, additional skins, featured maps, etc. This does not include purchases made within the game, as well as purchases made using premium or earned currency."

These items were purchased via xbox through the store app, not made within the game or with premium/earned currency, and are 'add-on digital content' for a free to play title

You would need to post in the support section of this forum in order for them to check into it. If you can post any specific offers you're looking for credits from, that would help. In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for
a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

Bing can follow you around. No need to make two accounts. MS Points codes purchased with Bing Rewards points are not tied to the account that purchases the MS Points. I've given friends some of my 400 points codes. No issues.

Those rewards are typically only given to new members, so if you are already a Gold Member, or have already purchased content, or already have a netflix account. You will not get reward points.

Hello, i have two questions. On the xbox microsoft rewards app you could earn 2500 microsoft points for downloading Realm Royale and buying either the fonders pack or buying 1000 crowns of in game currency. i downloaded the game and bought 1000
crowns, $10 value, and only received credit for downloading the game. i would like to receive my points please. Also, i received an email about downloading the bing app and doing ten searches to received 500 points and double points on mobile searches for
a month. i downloaded the app for both me and my wifes account, [Mod Removed-Personal Information], and did not receive either reward. Please help to fix this.
