    Reward points not depositing into my account


    Hello Support,

    I just had a ticket open for an issue with my reward points. I have 11,000 points that were scheduled to be deposited into my account over a month ago. The original date for the deposit was 5/15 I believe. Please look into this issue and convert my reward points
    into my account. Thanks.

    The points can take up to 30 days for them to be deposited into your account. See the Xbox Live Rewards FAQ for more information here:
