    Reward points not depositing into account


    My xbox live rewards have not been deposited into my account since 6/2015. My account states to verify my billing information in order for my points to be deposited. I have done this and still no change on reward points status. My points are still in a
    pending status. How can I get these points credited to my account which I have earned based on purchases and surveys completed? Any assistance with this issue will be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

    How do I receive the Microsoft Points I earn through Xbox LIVE Rewards? Xbox LIVE Rewards Points equal to or greater than 100 will be automatically deposited into your Xbox LIVE account each month. It may take up to 30 days for the points

    $58 in purchases in March and I didn't get my 2% back

    it comes back as rewards points and once you reach 5000 rewards points they make a deposit into your account
