Reward points not deposited on due date

hi there, I had received 15000 reward points round about the 13/03/18 but they didn’t get deposited on the 15th or the 30th

Could you please get these deposited ASAP thanks

I was expecting a deposit on Oct 30 but no rewards were deposited.

My balance was 5250 prior to the date and was expecting the rewards points on OCT 30 but they weren't deposited on my account

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

You can review when you received these Credits as pending from your MyRewards page, which will show the specific date these Credits were pending in your account in the MyStatement section of that page.

If they are Microsoft Reward points (Bing rewards) Microsoft.com/rewards, you have to redeem them for one of the options though that site.

They are two separate programs with two different redemption options. Microsoft Rewards won't show on Xbox Rewards same as Xbox Rewards credits won't show in your Microsoft Rewards page.

Microsoft points were discontinued in 2013 and changed to Rewards credits.. If you signed up for the Rewards program after points were discontinued, then you would not have earned any points.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending, or you can request a deposit when you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000, and they would be deposited on the date listed
on the site at the time that you request the deposit.

Credits are automatically deposited once you hit 5,000+ credits. If you got all 15,200 before February 1st, then they should deposit in the middle of this month (12th-15th). If you got over 5,000 points after February 1st then the rewards would not be deposited
until the end of the month (26th-28th). There is no way to get rewards deposited sooner than the next deposit date.
