Reward points not credited properly

I op-ed out for switching from Xbox live rewards to Microsoft rewards my rewards points were support to be converted and credited to my account I have contacted support several times now about this issue they sent me here everytime. Here is the issue in
had 2000+ Microsoft points I pay for Xbox live every month I maybe play 1 to 2 hours a month on Xbox live I have been a loyal customer and don't even need to pay for live because I barley even get on my Xbox..... if you don't believe me look at my game play
hours. With that being said I wanna know how 2000+ reward points got converted to .35 cents because thats what got deposited to my account. Now I could care less about the $ 2.00 dollars it should have been. It's about the principal .and also my gems that
I had I never received anything for my gems so if someone can get back to me from the rewards team and explane why this happened and fix the issue I would be appreciated. I'm honestly thinking about disconnecting my Xbox live and not renewing it again because
of this issue. If this is how a multi million dollar company works then there is something seriously wrong and I will no longer be apart of buying and supporting anything Microsoft. Thanks Anthony

Didn't get my credit points

I have not received my rewards points from my most recent purchases either. My VIP percentage value did increase, although my rewards points total did not increase. Please assist if this is an error as I believe I was not properly credited with my points

Hi,

I just received my April statement and it only shows that I earned 250 points for doing the April survey. However, I am a 5 star MyVIP so I should get back 10% of my purchases. In April I spent $78.96 so I should have received points equivalent to $7.90.
Can you please look into this.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
as of July 2014.

MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). Since you are a zero star member, you were not eligible for payback Credits on your purchases. For example, since 2017 you have not made any purchases or completed any offers. Since you did
not make any purchases, you did not receive any Credits from payback, and since you did not complete any offers, you did not earn any Credits from offers.

The only Credits you had were 250 from one survey in December 2017. The remaining 102 were from the Gems you had at the time of your opt out. We do not see you ever having 2000+ Credits, except back in November 2015, from our Gears of War offer. You requested
a deposit of these Credits in April 2016, so they would have been in your mid-May deposit that year.
