Reward points not credited for designlab purchase

Hey,

I made two purchases from Designlabs for custom controllers. I should have recieved 10,000 reward points but they are not accredited to my account.

Microsoft support directed me here. How do I get these points?

Didn't receive my credits on the 15th, also can't log into my account

I haven't received my credits for my purchases in May credited to my xbox account

My remaining gems has not been credited in points. I believe I had 53.

And it no longer allows me to log in to xbox rewards to view my reward info..

Can you tell me the status of my 8177 credit reward points.

 

Didn't get my credit points

I have not received my rewards points from my most recent purchases either. My VIP percentage value did increase, although my rewards points total did not increase. Please assist if this is an error as I believe I was not properly credited with my points

The points should be given about 14 days after the controller ships. If you don't receive them, you will need to contact customer support for Microsoft Rewards since that offer is through them and not the Xbox Rewards program.

 

It's been 3 weeks since the latest order shipped. I contacted support and they directed me to this forum to ask the question.

As Smwutches says, we are not currently running an offer for controllers. That is a Microsoft Rewards offer, and not a Xbox Live Rewards offer.
