Reward Points not appearing

Hi, at the beginning of the week I purchased a bunch of games to complete the history reward mission, yet the points are not appearing, I checked the FAQs and they said it should appear as pending within 96 hours and I'm quite a bit past that now....

Any help with this?

28K Points Missing Xbox 1 S

I own an Xbox 1 S Console but do not have my 28k points appearing on my account... (I contacted support & was advised to make a post here for a resolution from the Rewards Team)

Reward not appearing

You'll want to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check into that for you.

I have the same thing, i think it's gonna take a bit longer this time. Last month they had an issue with crediting people reward points, so i guess it could be an issue with their system. Most of the time the points appear, but it can take somewhat longer
sometimes.

Apologies for the inconvenience. There is currently an issue with the History Repeats offer that we are currently in the process of resolving. We hope to have this resolved shortly, after which your purchase should be Rewarded as expected.

If this is for Rewards Points then it can take up to 96 hours for them to appear

If the Reward is Microsoft Points, they will appear under Pending on your MyRewards page by the 15th of the following month. If the Reward is anything other than Microsoft Points, an email will be sent to your contact email listed here with instructions
to redeem your Reward. The Rewards for completion of a Punchcard will vary with each Punchcard offer. Rewards will not be provided during the Punchcard offer period.
