Reward points not added for purchases

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either need to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

Your Credit event in April last year was from completing the First Time Purchase, which is an offer for your first purchase made using your Microsoft Account as currency. It is not general MyVIP payback on purchases.

You don't earn the 40,000 points for purchasing 1 item. As it says, you can earn up to 20 points for every pound you spend, so 40,000 points is the maximum amount of points you can earn with that promotion. Points for purchases should be added within 48 hours of your purchase. If you're not getting those points, you'll want to contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.

If you bough it on Microsoft store, points will be added on your rewards page in the beginning of the next month of your purchase ( check here > https://account.microsoft.com/rewards

If it was another store, contact your retailler.

We see that the Credits for that offer were pending in your account on the 4th. They were then deposited as currency into your Microsoft Account on March 29th. For future reference, you can review all Credit and Deposit events from your MyStatement section
of the MyRewards, if sort/viewed by lifetime (or in this case, 1-3 month view would suffice).

You can review this deposit as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/). It will be listed as a refund with a negative amount, since we are adding funds.
