Reward Points Missing- Nearly 6 months and 3 CS Chats- Please Help

Hello there,

I had purchased BF4 on XBox One and paid for the Season Pass during the time when adding a season pass should have given me 5,000 MS Points. I waited patiently and after not seeing them for a few months, I reached out to MS XBox Support. They told me to
wait and that some processing can take longer for certain promotions. After recently making a GTAV purchase on XBox360 using the same account, I almost immediately saw the 5,000 points credited. I am STILL waiting for those from BF4 Season Pass purchase nearly
6 months ago. I have now contacted support at least three times, and this is the first time they directed me to this forum. Please let me know if additional info is needed, but I would appreciate an update on the status of the missing points.

Points missing again

Hello,

so until few hours to new month and some Points missing again.

Freedom Rewards

1000 Rewardpoints missing for completing Gametime

- Paladins 5hours = done

- Fallout Shelter 5 hours = done

- Marvel Heroes 5 hours = done

1000 points missing

Franken Rewards

10000 points missing

collect 5 Achievements from a Game

Walking dead Season 1 - done 5000 points missing

collect all Franken Rewards - done 5000 points missing

not receiving funds

I have been a member of Xbox Live Rewards program for nearly 4 years now. During the first 6 months, the program worked beautifully. Since then, I've been getting nothing til last night when Idid the survey. MAY have gotten points, but no deposits into my
account. Can you please help me with why I haven't seen a penny since then

If it was 6 months I'd see your point OP, but it's been nearly 3 years. I don't see the problem and last gen lasted longer than it should have in my opinion.

I have a few edits for things I missed in my hasty post.

1). It should be 6% not 3%. I maintained Gold through the entire month and the deposit says "MyVIP Star Rank 3 (Gold): 1,200"

2) That changes the total reward to $70.54 @ 6% = $4.23 which should be about 4,230 points which is 3.5x more than what I was actually given.

Mostly because Xbox Live Rewards are a joke. I've yet to have the 100 points I've earned over the last 6 months deposited into my Live account. It's been nearly a month since I finally reached those 100 points.

I know there's a waiting period, but it didn't take them any time at all to email me with a statement telling me I'd earned those points. LOL!

Thank you for the confirmation. I've got nearly enough points to redeem 3 months worth, and I don't see much else in the Canadian reward options that I find worth redeeming. If this essentially converts into 2 months of Game Pass Ultimate, that's fine with me.
