Reward points haven't been updates for 2years?

You are registered as a New Zealand Rewards Member. Rewards Membership is based off your Microsoft Account region at the time of your registration. Since a Rewards Account is a unique, separate account created at the time of your registration, it will not
also reflect any change of region after registration.

While reviewing your account, I see that you currently have a Microsoft Account region that does not match your NZL Rewards region. This indicates that you have been spending in a regional currency that is not the currency of your Rewards region (in this
case, NZD). We can only Reward purchases made within your Rewards Account region. If you have been purchasing in a currency that is from a different region, it will not be eligible for Rewards.



If you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Microsoft Account region you must create a new Rewards account. Creating a brand new account has some pros and cons. The benefit of creating a new Rewards Account is that your new account will be set to
track and Reward purchases made in your Microsoft Account's regional currency. The drawback is that you will lose the previous progress you have made on your account, as you will be creating a brand new Rewards Account. While we will be able to transfer any
pending (un-deposited) Credits from your old Rewards Account, we will not be able to transfer any other progress.

To do this, you must first close your current account by opting out of the program at (https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/). You will have to
wait 48 hours for us to receive and process your request, after which your account should show up as completely clean of progress and have a join by date of "???". At that point, you can create a new Rewards Account by signing back up again, which can also
take 48 hours. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date from the MyRewards page at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).
If your join by date still shows "???", and not a recent registration date, then your account has not yet been re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old
account to your new one.

There are no rewards given for tenure.

M sure there is part where it say we get rewarded for birthday anniversaries ect .... Like this year I got rewards for my birthday on February as a present and got anniversaries rewards for being 2years a member of Xbox Reward in March this year ..= Can
you check that again for me .

It's been an hour since I've accidentally resent my order, and I haven't seen anything happen to my Microsoft Rewards. I have 24,667 reward points as of making this reply. This was my balance after the initial purchase. However, I haven't seen the points
go down again due to me resending the order.

I'm also having this same problem. I renewed my membership on 03/30/2012 but it doesn't register on the rewards site and my reward points also haven't been awarded.
