    Reward points have stopped


    Hi

    Has something gone wrong somewhere? I've been a reward user since 2012 and my rewards stopped being added in 2014. In 2014 I had to cancel my xbox live subscription for a year or so. I'm back on Xbox live gold yearly sub and my rewards have stopped being
    added.

    I know you get them for specific things each month and I've been doing them but the points have not been added since 2014

    Is there a reset button anywhere?

    why has my reward points stopped i have pre-ordered 3 games from the xbox store and got no reward points for doing so games were Destiny 2' Danger zone and Assassins creed origins

    I stopped receiving Xbox live rewards

    I have stopped receiving points about a year ago do they ask you to update your info on the my rewards page?

    In order for support to check into your account, you'll want to post in the support section of this forum. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need
    at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    I have purchased stuff within promotions and I have not been awarded myvip points . according to your rewards website you can still earn points from playing free games . I think you need to update this if the rewards have stopped since 1st july 2014 as your
    website states othwerwise .
