reward points have not been deposited for a second month in a row.

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a secure database not under our control, we have escalated the problem and it is currently being worked
on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

Rewards points are automatically deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you've earned at least 100 points. So if the points show as awarded, then they would have already been deposited. You can check for past deposits by going to
https://billing.microsoft.com to check for credits around the 15th or end of the month. They won't be listed as rewards points, but only as a credit. If you had any deposits in December they would
have been around the 5th and 20th because of the promotion that month.

Deposits from the Xbox LIVE Rewards program occurs around the 15th and 30th of each month. Deposits from the Program are in batches of 100 Points or more. Rewards Points deposits are labeled as Points Added or Rewards. The Microsoft Billing site will not
list out the specific Rewards opportunity that has been deposited. From there, the total amount of Rewards Points deposited should add up with the amount of awarded Rewards Points listed on the Xbox LIVE Rewards site. This is from the rewards rep. Here is
