Reward Points from December still have not posted!

2nd Post.

Hello I bought an Xbox One S in December and I still have not received the reward for this purchase (50000 points) on my reward account yet.

I understand that there has been an issue with this and I feel that I have been patient, however, taking over a month or so to fix this is very frustrating. With all the technology and educated people that work at MS you would think this could be resolved
quickly.

Still havent received points for purchasing Xbox One S in December

Its been over 15 day and still NO POINTS! I purchased a Xbox one S on December 26th and its was shipped on the 27th of December and I received it on the 28th of December and I still have not received the promised 50,000 reward points. Please help!

You can check all transactions at
https://billing.microsoft.com Deposits from the Rewards program will not be listed as rewards points, but only as a credit. For December, points were deposited on the 5th and around the 20th. For any points you had deposited before December, they would
have been deposited around the 12th-13th or end of the month after you had earned at least 100 points.

The 440 you see on the site would be all points you've earned since joining the program. It doesn't necessarily mean all of those were deposited in December. So you may have had several deposits in the past as well.

Keep in mind, the first purchase has to be your first since joining Live, not just since joining the Rewards program. So if you had purchased anything before joining the program, you would not receive those points.

Rewards points are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have earned at least 100 points. In December, as part of that month's offer, points were deposited whether you had earned 100 or not. So you shouldn't have anything pending
from before December 14.

Points from the December offer still haven't been given out yet. They should be deposited by the 15th. If they show as pending it should be sometime during the week.

Points are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have earned at least 100 points. December was the only month where points were deposited on the 6th as part of the apocalyptic promotion.
