    I have purchased add-ons in line with this offer on 14/01/17. I am still not credited with the relevant points. It seems it is taking in consideration only one of the games I have purchased for. Thanks for helping.

    Hey,

    I'm rewards-member since 09. January 2017. Since than I ordered in advance Halo Wars 2 (09 Jan. 2017), Ghost Recon Wildlands (15 Jan. 2017) and Mass Effect Andromeda (15 Jan. 2017). When I ordered Wildlands and Andromeda there already was one of three holes
    filled on my punch card (for Halo Wars, I guess). Since than there was only one hole added, although I ordered two additional games from your list. Please check my orders in advance and correct the punch card, so that I will get the rewards I deserve.

    No points from pre-order

    If the top of the promotion (showing the 1-2-3 = 15,000) does not have a "punch" or green mark in it AND it has been over 96 hours then the staff will have to review. However, keep in mind that you will not receive points just for pre-ordering that title.
    You must complete the offer (purchasing 3 digital titles) in order to receive the 15,000 reward points. The purchases must all take place during the offer period (01/01/17 to 03/31/17), be digital, and be a "pre-order".

    The staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically takes 1-2 business days to reply. They do not work weekends.

    I just looked at the Perks on my own Xbox, and it shows two Survival Bundles (One for Xbox and one for PC), and it also shows two Fallout 1st months (Also one for Xbox and one for PC), and it says they can be claimed by 12/31/2021 and redeemed by 01/31/2022.
