    Reward points for purchase of Rogue One not added to account


    Hello I purchased Rogue One several days ago, which should reward 3,000 points. However the account does not reflect this purchase.

    When will these points be added to the account?

    Rogue One promotion points not credited

    Hi Team,

    I purchased Rogue One HD yesterday, prompted by the Rogue One rewards promotion.

    As of this post I own Rogue One HD but my 3000 reward points are nowhere to be seen.

    Pending reward points for this month (March) stand at zero.

    Not really a great experience eh.

    ps. I was logged in when making the purchase and was already a member of the Rewards program.

    Missing points!

    Purchased Rogue One and did not receive my 3000 points on my rewards.

    Also purchased Final Fantasy XV and no points.

    Please help.

    There is activitiy on my xbox account yet all points are missing. Purchased Rogue One within the Live Rewards Mission period.

    Credits should show as pending about 96 hours after your purchase. If it's been over 96 hours, you'll want to post in the support section of this forum so support can check into it for you.

    Purchases are not rewarded if they are made prior to being a member of the program. If you did it within a few minutes it could possibly work, but I would expect not.

    Subsequently, you posted in the "Discussion forum" which is NOT monitored by the staff. You will want to re-post your topic in the "Support Forum" by changing your post type to "Support". Once you do that the reward team can give you a definitive answer.

    Credits should show as pending about 96 hours after the purchase. If you don't receive them after the 96 hours, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum for assistance

    Purchased Rogue One, but did not get the rewards points.

    It takes about 96 hours for the program to recognize new purchases and for credits to show as pending. Since the offer just started today, it would be too soon to see the credits pending. If you purchased it before the offer began today, it will not be eligible.
