    Rewards issues

    Feb. 2017 there was an email that i got about spending $175 and it would add an extra star, i spent over $200, and when i got my rewards in March it said i got nothing for February. (Update) I got $18 for march but I'm still missing February and it was
    suppose to make it 5 stars, and that would make it still missing rewards for march... I would to get this solved.

    That's $295.60 MyVIP eligiable purchases for February's MyVIP, plus the $4.98 from January's purchases rolling over, totaling $300.58 for that should have been calculated into my February MyVIP rewards, at 10% (5 Star MyVIP rank w/ Gold), should have netted
    me a $30 / 30,000 point rebate for February's MyVIP, in addition to the 4,000 points for the Action-Packed Anime Promotion. My total deposit this month should be $34 / 34,000 points, not $24 / 24,000 points, which is what my current deposit is set to be.

    I seek resolution of an adjustment to my March XBL Rewards deposit from $24 / 24,000 points to $34 / 34,000 points based on what I outlined above. If there's reason why this shouldn't be the case, please explain.

    The VIP boost to the extra star was an offer that ran in February. Since your purchase was in March, it did not qualify. Your Ghost Recon purchase only qualifies for the Simply Rewarding offer, which is currently running.

    For the renewal, the renewal offer is 200 points through the Rewards program, not 800. Was this from a dashboard promotion?

    The 5% back offer on purchases was only available in February, not March.
