    i think its time xbox listened to customers. I spent 500 on games preordered on the store, all with account credit, supporting the developers and putting money into xboxs business. I then found out not only do we not get the % cashback for doing so, but then
    they put up a punchcard which had four of the games i had preordered up and i am not eligible for that either all because i showed support for the store by ordering months in advance.

    Lets have some common sense applied. They want people to preorder and preferably to do so with account credit... So its simple only release the cashback and rewards etc once the game is released, and/or paid for thus making people choose to use account credit,
    and rewarding those who reward them with thier business.

    As it stands those who support xbox and preorder are penalised by xbox in favour of those who buy once the game is released which is totally backwards.

    I for one will not preorder another game until they sort this travisty out and to be blunt as someone who has supported them since the original xbox and spent many thousands of pounds on games and hardware i expect it to be taken seriously and not palmed
    off with some prewritten boring response.

    Im considering cancelling my scorpio edition xbox one and encourage others to do so to make the point we wont reward a company that doesnt reward us. Im so pissed about this its unreal.

    Netflix

    In the rewards program you only give points for new netfix subscribers. I feel that you have that backwards! You should get reward points for already being a netflixs customer. In fact in would be nice to see reward points given out for staying a netflix
    subscriber. Just something to think about!

    Xbox live rewards and backwards compatible games

    hi,

    I was hoping one of the mods could help me. Several backwards compatible games purchased through xbox.com but never seem to recieve rewards points. Are these games not valid in the rewards program?

    Also you can not buy backwards compatible games on xbox one with microsoft reward points or gift cards.

    While it's not instantly, Bing Rewards offers MS Points as a Bing Rewards points option. 125 Bing Rewards points for 100 MS points, 500 Bing Rewards points for 400 MS points, though the Bing Rewards "cost" goes down as you collect more Bing Rewards points.

    550 MS points or so. One month of Gold is 679 Bing Rewards points if one is Bing Rewards Gold. 100 MS points is 120 Bing Rewards points. 400 MS points is 475 Bing Rewards points.

    Searches and other one-click offerings earn Bing Rewards points. The number of Bing Rewards points you can earn per day varies. Currently, it's 16 or 17. There are one or two special 1-point offers a day, and then the search benefit of 1 point for every
    two searches, up to 15 points a day.



    The Bing Rewards points you earn can be redeemed for various Rewards, including 100 MS Points, 400 MS Points, and 1 Month of Live Gold. The MS Points rewards are codes that are e-mailed to you. I presume the 1 Month Gold is also, but I've never chosen that
    reward. They also added Silver and Gold Rewards levels that are obtained by being a Bing Rewards member and earning rewards points. Silver doesn't do much, but Gold gets you a 5% Rewards Points discount on MS Points and Live Gold. as an example, 400 MS Points
    is normally 500 Bing Rewards points. As a Gold member, that drops to 475 Bing Rewards points.

    Unfortunately no. Past purchases can't be counted toward rewards points. :(

    Microsoft punishing the majority of its players....as usual. When are ya'll going to learn that there are stipulations to their stipulations just to not have to actually reward anyone? I doubt more than a handfull of people will actually get their rewards
    simply because Microsoft makes them too hard to achieve.
