Reward point total for month of March seems off

    Reward point total for month of March seems off


    Hi,

    In March I got the 6000 credits for purchasing $60 worth of content. Today I noticed my rewards total for the month of March is 6000 points less that I expected. I spent a little over $160 for the month so I was expecting 16000 points. Points were
    added for March today and I am only seeing 10000 points added. It looks like the 6000 I earned for the punch card was deducted from my monthly spending total. No where in the promotion does it mention this. I already earn 10% a month for being at the 5 star
    level. Can someone please explain why I am missing 6000 points?

    Simply Rewarding Offer Points Not Pending

    Hi there. I activated the "Simply Rewarding Offer" to get 6K reward points for making $60 in purchases over the month of march. During this month, I have made three different purchases that total over $60, but after over 96 hours the 6K points are not showing
    as pending on my account. I wanted to make sure the points were in place before the end of the promotion on 3/31. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    The Credits for the Simply Rewarding offer were placed as pending in your account on March 10th and were part of the March 29th deposit. For future reference, you can view all Credit and Deposit activity for your account on the MyStatement on the MyRewards
    page. This means that the 6000 for completion of that offer were already deposited. If you were expecting 16,000 Credits, then 16,000-6,000=10,000, which is currently the amount pending in your account from MyVIP payback for March.

    When did you make these purchases? Reward points are deposited around the 15 of every month so if purchased after March 15 then you are out of luck until next month

    Here is a quote from the FAQ on the rewards system.

    How do I receive the Microsoft Points I earn through Xbox Live Rewards, and what are Pending Points?

    A. Microsoft Points earned through Xbox Live Rewards will be automatically deposited into your Xbox Live account by the 15th and 30th of each month. If your Point total is less than 100, the Points will be held as Pending
    Points until a quantity of 100 is reached. Check out the Points Pending tab on your MyRewards page to see your Pending balance. Pending Points will not display in your Total Rewards Points Awarded summary.

    So it seems that they are only deposited into your account when you have at least 100 waiting to be deposited.

    The method of MS rewards has some mysterys but wait the "2nd" lot of rewards

    I manage a sample for you

    I have 180 points to be deposited in this month but i receive only 160! why that? i believe is because the somatory of points only pass 100 points in actions maked in March (in that case the action is March survey, and 1% back of my purchaes, but only apears
    in my rewards in day 4 of this April).

    If that 220 points appears in your peding rewards you just have to wait the "2nd" lote (the rewards system lauches in your acount the points in to periods the first begins from 10 to 15 of curent month you gain more than 100 points and the second is from
    25 to end of month, in rares cases they can be deposit in a date before that period.
