Reward point not converted into MP

Hello!

It has been 6 weeks that i put my rewards point into convertion, normaly it takes up to the 15th and 30th of each month, has been 6 weeks now.

Anything what i should do or how to fix this?

Gem to credit conversion rate

Hello ohno itstheCoPz,

Since being introduced in October, Gems have never had a Credit or currency value assigned to them. They can only be spent on purchases from the Vault. However, we realize that users have grown attached to their Gems, so when you are transitioned to Microsoft
Rewards, they will be converted into points. Note that Microsoft Rewards points and Xbox Live Rewards Credits are not the same. Your Gems will not be converted into Xbox Live Rewards Credits if you choose to remain in the Rewards programs, but will be converted
into Microsoft Rewards Points.

Still waiting on pending credits from the 19th

Hello Lonewolf TuXx,

You have already received your Credits as deposits, which can be viewed from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. As you can see from that page, your most recent deposits occurred on June 14th and 28th. You can confirm this from your commerce page at
(Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they are listed as refunds with a negative amount. You have already spent both deposits. Your current Credit pending amount is beneath the 1000 minimum required for a manual
deposit, so it is not available for a deposit.

From the Microsoft Rewards Migration FAQ: "any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will
convert to one Microsoft Rewards point".

You got it right, convertion rate will be 1:1.

They have been restocking the Vault lately, but I agree the most requested prizes get out of stock pretty fast...
