this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution. Since we do not have access to accounts, we cannot assist in removing any billable account information. You would have to contact Xbox billing
support at (support.xbox.com/contact-us) for assistance with any billable account issues.

No, the points get deposited once a month.

From the FAQ:

Secondly, don't forget that Rewards Points are deposited into your Xbox LIVE account once per month. Check the Rewards Points Pending section of the MyRewards page to make sure you don't have any pending transactions, which will not yet show up in your Total
Rewards Points Awarded.
