    So I am trying to enroll in the rewards program on my account, but it continues to tell me that I need to purchase xbox live, when i already have it. I never knew there was a rewards program before last week, and it turns out i have a ton of points that
    i want to redeem. What could be the problem?

    Your registration is currently being held up by a sign up issue which we are currently investigating. When we receive a resolution from our web team for this issue, we will update this thread.

    However, since you are not a Rewards Member, it is not possible for you to have any Rewards Credits. You could be looking at the Microsoft Rewards program, which is a different program than ours.

    Same. I can't sign into the app on my phone and it's making it impossible to obtain my points for completing a rewards offer involving said app. I logged out & logged back in to see if it would fix the processing problem with the reward, but instead I'm
    stuck logged out, unable to do anything. When trying to log back in it takes me to a non functional website.

    I've always had this kind of problem with this rewards program, they may take a while but they never stopped appearing as missions, try logging out and logging back into the account, it may appear as done.
