reward just pending help

hi i have 11,000 reward that are just pending need help contacted xbox support thay cant help just open a case to see if someone can fix it

I spent 59.99 and 44.99 and haven't received my credits, it's saying I'm at 0 and have 0 pending!

my rewards have not given me the rewards, it says I have 0 credits and 0 pending, please help!

As stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was beneath this amount, it had not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you
are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page. Furthremore, from the FAQ on vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing into
your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

For help with the Rewards program, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that if you redeemed rewards credits, it takes about 96 hours for the credits to show as pending on your account so it would be too soon to see
them pending.

There are no pending reward points. Just some from april (250 and 193 points).

Check out Out Rewards.xbox.com ; if you are referring to the 'Rewards' program. I just found out I have 320 MS points pending!! I hope this helps. Let me know!
