reward items missing

i used my vip gems on the reward page to collect MyVIP Vault 5,000 Rewards Credits x 2

but ive not recieved them why not ive waited 6 days now

help

Yes, it has been more than 48-96 hr wait time for ALL of these.

 

Missing Rewards Credits for "Rewards Hunters" "Prepare for your Journey"

I've purchased at the beginning of last week two items for "Prepare for your Journey" as part of the "Rewards Hunters" Mission. While all the others reward credits have been assigned, those are missing.

They should show as pending on the rewards site. If no, you will need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum.

 

both of them show :

MyVIP Vault 5,000 Rewards Credits 5,000 Credits

but nothing has been added to my account yet

thats the issue and xbox support cant help me they told me to come here

You're posting in the sales and promotions forum, not the rewards forum. Rewards support is only available in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum.

i doubt i will get an answer especially when xbox support whom i thought would sort this cant fix it and send me to a forumand its the wrong forum so i doubt i will get a solution from the proper forum

 

Microsoft does not run the rewards program which is why Xbox support doesn't handle the program. There are support members specifically for the rewards program in the other forum who will help you.
