    I have preordered Monster Hunter World, Sea of Thieves, and Far Cry 5. Monster Hunter World is the only punch showing. I'd like to get my 15,000 reward points for purchasing these games. Thanks

    Apologies for the inconvenience. You are not required to complete the first part of the offer (purchase games, etc.) to take part in level 2 (avatar purchases). We have determined an issue properly detecting your avatar purchases, and have resolved the problem.
