    Reward hub not working on Xbox in Denmark


    Hi there.. I'm from Denmark, and the Xbox rewards hub doesn't show up anywhere.. The reward system should be working in Denmark, i can use the pc for gaining points and my phone. But i have to say I'm very confused about it not working on my Xbox.. Is it me who needs to wake up or is the rewards not available for Xbox in Denmark..

    That's a great question! As far as I'm aware, it should be working in Denmark. This is the Xbox support forum. You should contact the Rewards support team directly to get a clear confirmation.

    Hi,

    the Rewards app does not work anymore since April 24.

    They replaced it with the Rewards hub for players with GamePass.

    You'll find it in your profile to the far right.

Xbox Rewards will remain part of the Microsoft Rewards program, and all points you earn on Xbox will continue in other parts of the program.
