    Reward history, stars and balance missing


    I just went to check to see if my 6000 points was added to my account and now it says a have no stars down from 3.5 im missing the 1000 points or so i had and the 6000 points I was supposed to get today is no where to be seen too!

    Missing my rewards

    seems too be a problem with my rewards. I had 4 stars and now it says earn stars here. And all my lifetime points is missing?!

    Something most have happened.

    Pls make it go back

    been a member of rewards since 2012 and have made purchases since then but no points or stars have been added to my rewards. Just curious to know why am i missing something???

    It takes us up to 96 hours to recognize and process purchase information. Since your purchase was made a few days ago, please allow some more time for processing. You should see Credits pending for that offer in 2-3 days.

    Regarding your missing account activity, there was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue. Apologies for the inconvenience.
    To be clear, this is purely an error in presenting information on the webpage. All your data on our servers was unaffected.

    so yesterday i had a balance of 1360 points on my account with 400 pending from rewards

    this morning i have 2420 points in my account with 400 pending from rewards

    You'll want to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check into it for you. Keep in mind that subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards VIP.

    Sure. For the $7 refund on your Microsoft balance, try to check your Rewards app from its transaction history if you could find the item that was refunded.
