Reward history, stars and balance missing

    Hello icekiller420,

It takes us up to 96 hours to recognize and process purchase information. Since your purchase was made a few days ago, please allow some more time for processing. You should see Credits pending for that offer in 2-3 days.

Regarding your missing account activity, there was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue. Apologies for the inconvenience.
To be clear, this is purely an error in presenting information on the webpage. All your data on our servers was unaffected.

You'll want to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check into it for you. Keep in mind that subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards VIP.

My refund only refunded me $7 on a $80 purchase?

Sure. For the $7 refund on your Microsoft balance, try to check your Rewards app from its transaction history if you could find the item that was refunded.

If you couldn't see it, you may instead directly send a ticket to the Microsoft Rewards team who has access to your account transaction history for inquiry here https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkID=823675

Skilled Gamers Rewarded by Making the Game... Easier?

It's simply a matter of not "punishing" the winner in any Game (not just Video Games).
Its a question of balance...
History tells us otherwise. Any Game, not just Video Games rewards
the Victor. That's how all Games work. Victors are rewarded, not punished.
