Reward gems not received

I completed the Gold Dust challenge and have waited over the 96 hours and still haven’t received my 100 gems . Please help.

Missing gems from

I have been in Xbox live rewards for 6 years now and I have not received any of the tenured gems. Why haven't I received my gems?

Xbox live rewards points not migrated

good morning, i have ordered a gift card 5€ With my gems but i not received nothing. In addition, my xbox live reward point and my gems has not been migrated to the new microsoft rewards program. Why?

This MyChallenge is pending on your MyRewards page. You must claim it in order to receive Gems. From the FAQ:

What are MyVIP Perks?

MyVIP Perks are a new way we’re rewarding our members for special milestones or occasions. These include but are not limited to your birthday or anniversary with Xbox Live Rewards, reaching a new MyAchievements tier, increasing your Gamerscore, or completing
a new MyChallenge. Please note this is just the initial round of perks we’ll have available for our members, as we’ll be adding even more in the future.

Sometimes a MyVIP Perk will be a special offer just for you, and sometimes it will be a special Reward, like MyVIP Gems. But the most important thing about MyVIP Perks is you must claim them on the MyRewards page within 60 days or they will expire. We’ll
send an email to let you know you have a perk waiting for you, plus put a special alert on the MyRewards page, so make sure to either check your email or the site often!

Keep in mind that gems just started on October 1, so It's actually still too early to receive the gems for Golden child.

The reward for keeping gold for 6 months is to receive gems. That offer just started on October 1, so it would be too early to be able to receive the gems for that offer. As long as you keep gold through April, you will receive those gems.

As far as the 15,000 credit offer, I am sure about the date. The only offer running in November for preorders was another games on demand punchcard. In order to qualify you had to preorder 3 of the eligible games. Preordering 1 game would not have been enough
to complete the offer and receive the credits. If you do want support to check it again for you, you would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum.

Microsoft does not run the rewards program which is why regular Xbox support has to send you to the forums. The Xbox Rewards Questions support forum and Twitter are the only places to receive support for the program.
