reward game pass expired

I got a 3 month pass using gems that's expired..

MyRewards not Redeeming

Last week on the May 31st or June 1st, I was prompted in an email to redeem any remaining Xbox Live Rewards MyRewards items before the program ends. I had enough for a 3-month Game Pass subscription and for 5000 rewards credits.
Basically, I never received anything about the Game Pass, no confirmations, codes, etc. The 5000 rewards credits code I did receive but when I finally got around to redeeming it (the next day), the code had expired. I'm a loyal Xbox and Microsoft team player,
I'd just like to be made whole in some capacity. Can provide the expired code if needed, but more concerned with the Game Pass subscription. Thanks.

 

Xbox game pass goals rewards for December not received yet

Hell this is about game pass goals, For December I did I think 15 days or more but still haven’t received my rewards . But my membership has expired will I still receive my rewards? I would expect that I would still receive them. As it expired after December,
I’ve spoke to Xbox support I’ve chat and they directed me here, please contact me as soon as possible thank you.

and buy the looks of it I'm not the only one. anyone get it fixed yet cause the Twitter just says to come here but all the other posts of the same thing have zero replies from Microsoft.

 

Been keeping an eye on this forum since the restock and haven't seen one answer for this problem.
