    In Castle Siege I won my league, and my alliance was third in it's league. I was entiteled to 15+50 units of gold. I received none. This represent real money for me. Was it an error or was I conned? It's a pittance but it's not correct.

    Why the bingo coverall never pay out for the winnings. The game freezes and no rewards are given. This tends to happens for hours and no resolve. Can I get the rewards due to me please.

    Recover points by buying an xbox one x.

    With the same account has what you use for the Rewards program. Winning a console would not count as a purchase.

    Only purchases made in your Rewards Account region's currency are eligible for Rewards. Since you have been purchasing with Canadian dollars, and your account was a US Rewards Account, those purchases were not eligible for Rewards. Your purchases since enrolling
    as a Canadian Rewards member on June 5th are the only purchases eligible for Rewards.
