Discus and support REWARD DECLINED in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; i got a $5 Xbox giftcard for 4650 Reward Points wait 24hrs for email confirmation & then my order is DECLINED & MY REWARD POINS 4650 ARE STILL GONE!...     REWARD DECLINED


    i got a $5 Xbox giftcard for 4650 Reward Points wait 24hrs for email confirmation & then my order is DECLINED & MY REWARD POINS 4650 ARE STILL GONE!

    If my order is declined shouldn't. I get my Reward Points returned? But i want to know what happened.

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards program issues. Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, this sounds like a Microsoft Rewards issue, which is a separate program. You would have to contact their support for assistance with this issue, via a link

    Rewards Order Declined

    Order No.629584923452632 for a $5 Xbox digital code was declined. I spent 4,650 rewards points, and my order was declined. I did not receive a $5 code (as the order status is declined) but my 4,650 points have been taken. I do not know why the order was
    declined, I would really appreciate a new code though before the Star Wars sale ends. You're giving me money, but you're missing out on some of my money I will be adding to it to spend if I ever get the code I earned.

    Since that is not a Xbox Rewards program offer, Rewards support will not be able to assist. If that was done through the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.
