Reward credits problem

    I had 21000 reward credits pending and it was deposited into my account but i only recieved €19.11?

    Problem with my Xbox live Rewards

    Hello,

    I've received a mail from Xbox live rewards about a problem to transfert my credits.

    I have not the button under "rewards sold" to transfert my "rewards points" to "microsoft credits".

    Couldn‘t redeem my Rewards Credits.

    I have 10,500 Credits on my Account, but i can‘t reedem them. I redeemed the Credits with MyVIP Gems a few days ago and I received my reward today. Now the problem is, that i can‘t redeem the Rewards Credits.

    Can you please help me with my problem?

    As was stated in the FAQ, and is still currently available in the Terms and Conditions:

    The Rewards Credits conversion is as follows: one thousand (1,000) Rewards Credits = € 0.91 EUR.

    Xbox Live rewards

    If you're referring to your gamerscore, that is not the same as rewards credits. It has no monetary value and cannot be converted to anything.

    If you do mean rewards credits, even if you didnt opt out of the program, the credits would automatically be deposited into your account as currency. If they were unable to deposit them (you would have gotten an email stating there is a problem with your
    accout), they would be transferred to the Microsoft Rewards program as Microsoft Rewards points.

    Only purchases made while opted in to this offer are eligible for the offer. If you did not opt in until after your purchase, it would not have qualified. Keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to see new activity, so we have not yet received that
